• Co-led a major engineering reorg with the SVP of Engineering — built out the Workflow Org structure post-acquisition with 5 teams across App Platform, ContractIQ/Network Modeler, Population Management, Whole Person Care/Light Brigade, and cross-cutting Solution Architects + Data Engineering.
• Personally introduced Cursor, agentic coding, and spec-driven design (now the default engineering practice across the Workflow Org) into Arcadia post-acquisition.
• Co-designed Arcadia's Wave SDLC framework with the SVP of Engineering — the org-wide delivery methodology for the Workflow Org.
• Sole owner of the agentic delivery system built on top of Wave — designed and maintains the full agentic knowledge and skill infrastructure: PRD authoring, spec generation, estimation, sprint kickoff, release documentation, and more.
• Authored and substantively edited PRDs and SPECs across 8 different initiatives in the past 18 months.
• Personally scaffolded Arcadia's shared agent infrastructure monorepo (Nx) — typed service clients, shared packages, and GitHub App–based CI for agent workflows across teams.
• Shipped production care-management backend features end-to-end — architected and delivered agentically while running a 48-person org.
• Key technical owner of Arcadia's new agentic Care Platform buildout (tasks, notifications, scheduling, assignments, care plans, and orchestration APIs).
• Stack: TypeScript, NestJS, React, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, AWS (EKS, ECS), Kubernetes, Terraform, Auth0, dbt, Cursor + Claude + MCP, GitHub Actions.

• Led the engineering org through acquisition by Arcadia (July 2024) and integration through the Feb 2025 Workflow Org transition. Owned all of R&D except product and analytics — software engineering, data engineering, DevOps, infosec.
• Grew the CareJourney engineering org from 20 at promotion to a peak of 50, with 40 at acquisition.
• Overhauled the legacy data lake — replaced EMR, Presto, Apache Hive, and a custom Python orchestration engine with Airflow and Snowflake; dramatically reduced cost and processing time.
• Co-designed and led the full web platform from scratch — replacing a legacy Java app and Tableau dashboards; owned architecture end-to-end (Lambda compute, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, data pipelines, API design, deployment, and CI/CD).
• Stack: Snowflake, MWAA/Apache Airflow, AWS Lambda + Serverless Framework, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, React + Next.js, CircleCI.

• Built CareJourney's entire frontend web presence from scratch — replacing legacy Tableau dashboards with a modern React/Next.js product.
• Led major data processing architecture redesigns — significant gains in speed and cost.
• Designed a fully serverless implementation (AWS Lambda + Serverless Framework + DynamoDB + OpenSearch) still running since the July 2024 acquisition with near-zero active support.

• Built CareJourney's early data pipeline and frontend foundations — owned key product lines end-to-end as one of the first engineers.

• Built and maintained the entire voter-contact data integration system between the DNC, the 2016 Democratic presidential campaign, and NGP VAN. Pipelines for: volunteer-entered field activity → DNC; data-science-team output → merged voter file → push back to NGP VAN and the campaign's other data servers. Top-of-cycle production data engineering at presidential-campaign stakes.

Agentic-AI platform — Cortex (substrate) + Consul (EA). Solo-built with full BMAD PRD/architecture: Hono agent-runtime, Next.js BFF, MCP server (OAuth, 17-tool registry), pgvector memory, iOS + Mac surfaces, production ECS deploy.
